Research and Development

When I found the abovementioned note written by a kindergarten kid, I just realized that we have long been forgetting about the importance of the use of Myanmar character in computer systems. Since it is not very too late to start, I form a study of my own on those font and character set businesses. Our country (old) folks do not seem to understand what and how much it really means to the country. However, I and my group truly and genuinely understand the essence of having a standard character set and a national keyboard layout. So, we all are into it and we have so much to say about it. Nevertheless, we are currently composing an article about how Myanmar language can be launched under Linux. As for us, we need to heavily work with the following .org for our acquired technical support.

Unicode (http://www.unicode.org)

Freetype (http://www.freetype.org)

Pango (http://www.pango.org)
